The series entitled "Informatica e discipline umanistiche" directed by Tito Orlandi is born of the experience of the research group of the same name at "La Sapienza" University of Rome. The texts are intended for specialists of the human sciences sector and therefore deals competently and accurately, also in technical detail, with the difficulties inherent in the coming together of disciplines which are so different from each other.
